Hi, I’m Andreea

As a dedicated health and wellness professional, I specialize in empowering individuals to enhance their overall well-being through a comprehensive approach to fitness. My dedication goes beyond mere physical activity; it extends to stress relief, anxiety reduction, and the promotion of healthy eating habits. Embracing a holistic approach, I also encourage social interaction through exercise-related events like Stable and Able classes, and introduce creative methods to elevate both mental and physical well-being.
With a particular emphasis on addressing lower back pain and knee pain, I’ve achieved remarkable rehabilitation outcomes with my clients. On platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, I share insights into my journey and the transformative experiences of those I’ve had the privilege of working with.

I take pride in facilitating the transformation of individuals dealing with conditions such as spondylolisthesis/back pain, sciatic pain guiding them towards renewed confidence and improved posture through consistent training focused on core strength and lower back functionality. Additionally, I’ve supported female clients in reclaiming self-confidence and motivation.
For mothers and mothers-to-be, I integrate ante/postnatal techniques into my classes and private sessions, combining general exercise with core and pelvic floor strengthening to aid in regaining shape and confidence.

My primary objective is to inspire individuals to elevate their fitness levels daily while prioritizing their overall well-being. This dedication drives both my life and work, as I strive to contribute to the healthhappiness, and fitness of those around me.

I have been training with Andreea twice a week for nearly 2 months. I've had back pain "up and down" through my whole life, and as someone who's always enjoyed sports and outdoors activities such as skiing, climbing, martial arts etc since childhood, I like to think that I have an overall decent knowledge of what makes a good sport teacher/trainer (and even from a medical point of view as I have seen a good collection of physios, ostheos, Chiros and others...) Andreea clearly has a very strong knowledge in her field(s), and is able to adapt each training session not only to the individual, but also to the day. She knows many variations of each movement for example, so she can adapt depending on the limitations of the persons, in order to always practice in the optimum way while remaining 100% safe. I can tell that her sport practice goes beyond the "training" aspect, and is backed up with excellent knowledge of physiology and biology... and on top of that, a great sensitivity to the notion of overall balance and the crucial link between the mind and body. All that with a simple, clear and modest attitude. I would definitely recommend, 100%!
